TOCHU TC-1000 shot blasting machine is most suitable for removing of sand attached to the small, medium, and large castings, descaling of forgings, preparation of the steel or iron surface for rubber-Iining or galvanizing, etc. Both TC-1000 are well known in local and -South-East Asia markets.

CHARACTERISTICS : TC-1000

  • Since the workpiece is subject to projection as it is being agitated, even a complicated one can be blasted thoroughly.
  • The efficiency is excellent since the projection is performed from the adjustable throwing wheel unit.
  • After the blasting operation has been completed, the workpiece is discharged by reversing the direction of the rubber conveyor.
  • As far as the projection chamber is concerned, since a high wear-resisting rubber conveyor is used, its durability is excellent and workpieces are not flawed.
  • This machine is safe and simple to operate by means of push-button.
  • The inside surface of the projection chamber is covered with the lining made of special wearresisting steel, and the replacement can be easily done.
